I am a native of Enderlin, North Dakota and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Madison. In 1985, I started Apartment Hunters with the goal of providing a valley-wide real estate leasing service for apartment communities, and leasing management services for individual investors. Through the hard work and dedication of my staff, we now manage over 2,700 homes in the Phoenix metro area. Our accounting team provides 24-hour on-line access to owners accounts, monthly and yearly statements, and direct deposit of rental income. Our property management staff has the knowledge, and experience to lease your property in the shortest period of time to the best qualified tenant available. Our independent vendors provide competitive pricing for repairs and maintenance of your real estate investment. Our philosophy of honesty and hard work has made us the largest, best, single family property management company in the valley!

Ryan Boxrud is an Associate Broker and Manager at AH Properties. Ryan is a native Arizonan and prides himself on his extensive knowledge of the Phoenix Metropolitan area including the communities, homes, prices and the amenities that each city has to offer. In 2015, Ryan received his real estate license and worked primarily as a showing agent & property manager. In 2019, Ryan got his real estate broker’s license and is currently a property manager/sales agent as well as an office manager for the brokerage. Since 2015, Ryan has advised his clients on over 500 real estate deals, totaling over 35 million dollars in closed transactions. Ryan believes communication is the key to a good working relationship by being accessible 24/7, staying in touch and never leaving you wondering about the status of your home or rental property. Brandon Boxrud is an Associate Broker and Property Manager with AH Properties. Brandon has expertise in Leasing, Property Management, and Sales in the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. As an Arizona native, Brandon has extensive knowledge of the area and he always stays up to date on all market conditions. Brandon strives to develop honest relationships with his clients through professionalism, integrity, and open communication. Brandon received his B.A. in Finance from The W.P. Carey, School of Business at Arizona State University. Brandon is also a proud member of the Phoenix Association of Realtors.

Allen Kelley is an Associate Broker at AH Properties and the Office Manager for our Queen Creek Office. Allen specializes in Residential Investment Real Estate. Allen has purchased, sold, consulted, rented, and managed over 1300 Real Estate transactions. Over the past two and a half decades, Allen has accomplished over 12 million in list volume, and he averages 15 million in value for active property accounts. As a member of The National Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, and Southeast Valley Association of Realtors, Allen efficiently & successfully provides Professional & Ethical business practices. Allen has previous experience with Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Jackson, Turner, and Housing Our Communities. Allen and his beautiful wife Karen currently live in Gilbert, Arizona with their five wonderful children. Kristiann is a dedicated Associate Broker at AH Properties and a proud 5th generation Arizonan from Mesa. With nearly two decades of experience in real estate since starting her career in 2005, she has deep roots in the local community where she raised her family. Carol is a Leasing Agent and Property Manager with AH Properties. Carol has lived in Arizona for over 33 years and has been working in the Real Estate industry for more than 32 of those years. 7 of those years were spent selling new homes in the Valley as an independent Real Estate Agent before coming to AH Properties, and she has happily been with us ever since. Cathy is a Leasing Agent and Property Manager with AH Properties. Cathy has been a Licensed Real Estate agent since 1986. Cathy has previously worked in Home Sales for Coldwell Banker for 2 years before moving to Apartments and More. Cathy found her niche in the Apartment/Condo Rental Market, focusing primarily on the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas. Cathy has been Leasing and Locating Apartments and Condos in her targeted location area since 1989. Cathy started with AH Properties in 2001 and Began Property Management for Condos, Townhomes, and Patio Homes in 2005. Cathy is also a proud member of the Phoenix Board of Realtors.

Christina Schereck is a Leasing Agent and Property Manager with AH Properties. As an Arizona Native, Christina is an expert in the Phoenix and greater Metropolitan area. Christinas 30 plus years of Customer Service and Management background led her to owning and running her own business before coming to AH Properties. Christina has been with AH Properties happily for over 10 years now. Christina prides herself in her work, and her drive and dedication assure her Owners that she will get the job done properly. David is a Property Manager with AH Properties. With 28 plus years of Residential Property Management experience throughout the valley, David assures you that your investment is in good hands. David specializes in the Scottsdale and Northeast valley areas, but manages homes valley wide. David is a graduate of Arizona State University and has lived in the valley since 1965. David is a founding member of the National Association of Realtors, Property Management Section. David works diligently to provide Investors with quality Tenants. Holly Randolph is the assistant office manager in the Mesa office. She has been with Apartment Hunters since July 2009. She graduated from Fountain Hills High School in 2007 and attended Gateway Community College. In January 2012 she received her Real Estate license and is a member of the Phoenix Association of Realtors. She is a leasing agent in her free time.

Kristyn Lobry has been a member of the Administrative Team for over 9 years. While working in the accounting office in Phoenix, Kristyn obtained her Bachelors Degree from Northern Arizona University. Kristyn went on to obtain her Real Estate License in 2012, where she became a leasing agent for Apartment Hunters in her spare time. Kristyn uses her knowledge of new management, vendor payments, tax/license questions, and HOAs within both the administrative and leasing professions.

I have several years experience in residential Real Estate in California and Arizona. I’m originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and worked for Re/Max Mid-Peninsula. In 1999, I moved to Arizona and went to work for some of the valley’s largest homebuilders D R Horton/Continental Homes, US/Lennar and KB Homes. After selling many master planned communities and new homes throughout the valley, I came to work for AH Properties when the market changed. I referred over 200 homeowners to AH Properties for Property Management, due to the excellent service we provide. Neil moved to Arizona from Rochester, NY in 1981, after receiving his Bachelors Degree in Economics and Marketing from the State University of NY, Fredonia. He has been with Apartment Hunters since the doors opened in 1985. With over 28 years of single family home property management experience, and as an investor with several of his own properties, he understands what it takes to make your home a successful and profitable investment. Noah is an Arizona Native and graduated from Grand Canyon University with his 4-year degree in Business Management. He has been a property manager and leasing agent with AH Properties since May of 2023 and has been a part of the National Association of Realtors since November of 2022.

My name is Sean Sullivan, I relocated to the valley in January 2013 from Centreville, VA a suburb of Washington, D.C. where I lived for 19 years. I previously lived in Southern California as well for 20 plus years. My personality and the ability to easily get along with individuals and work well with others in many different settings, naturally led to a lengthy career in sales and management. This included many years in the retail and the hospitality industries. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2004 with Jobin Realty during a very fast paced period in Northern Virginia, as well as nationally. I worked with residential sellers and buyers along with locating rentals. Upon moving to AZ, I became licensed towards the end of 2013 and worked with Century 21 for two years. I am excited to be with Apartment Hunters to continue selling and purchasing and to use my license to include property management opportunities as another way to be of service to my clients and to build lasting relationships.

Sherry is a California native. She moved to Arizona with her husband in 2002 after their children were all in college. Having a background in business and customer service, she obtained a Real Estate license in 2003 and began a new career in property management. Sherry has been with Apartment Hunters since 2007, and currently manages single-family homes throughout the West Valley. Sherry is a conscientious, dedicated professional whose communication and customer service skills, coupled with hands-on maintenance and careful tenant screening, will offer each property owner personal attention, individualized service, and peace of mind knowing their investment is in good hands.

Vickie is the department manager for contracts & accounts payable, this includes assisting our clients with Direct Deposit & banking set up, new resident move-in statements and collection payments. Vickie has been in customer service since 1979 which included supervisory duties.
